Kane & Lynch: Dead Man

I am very bothered about the case of Kane & Lynch. How could we let the two of them escape? Especially after the bloodbath they have left. Kane’s family, which we could have used to put pressure on him, has vanished as well. If the media get wind of this, our department looks like “total losers” again. I have looked at the file more than once, but what the hell. Perhaps I overlooked something.

The dangerous criminals sentenced to death, Adam Marcus (Alias: Kane) and James Seth (Alias: Lynch), continue to be on the run. The last known whereabouts is Havana. Since the Cuban authorities refuse to cooperate, it can be assumed that Kane & Lynch will abscond to Europe or have already done so. Interpol was informed. If the fugitives are spotted, the utmost care must be taken. Both wanted persons are considered extremely dangerous. It is not known if Kane is accompanied by his daughter. Our psychological profile does not reveal, whether Kane decided to flee with his daughter, or to save his accomplice. Re: Chronicle
A few days ago, a police transport on the way to death row with two convicts was ambushed. The prisoners could escape. We assume that Kane’s old gang of mercenaries had something to do with the escape. 
After a bank robbery, where several security guards and 15 civilians were killed, the two fugitives have escaped to Asia. Eyewitnesses were able to clearly identify Kane & Lynch as the bank robbers on the mug shots. Two other men, who served as accomplices, were not yet found.
They invaded a renowned club – according to file ref. FX727: controlled by the Mafia – with extreme brutality, and abducted the proprietress of the club. Apart from several security personnel of the club, also some guests of the club succumbed in hospital to their serious gunshot wounds. Three others continue to be in a critical state. There is no trace of the proprietress. We assume that she has lost her life. The motivation of Kane & Lynch to abduct the proprietress remains unclear. Currently we assume that the kidnapping is connected to an attack on a business building in Tokyo by masked men.
Kane & Lynch are also suspected to have played a major role in a mass prison break – both subjects can be clearly seen on the recordings of the surveillance cameras. In all crimes that could be accounted to Kane & Lynch, a rudimentary tactical procedure could be detected. The report of the homicide squad stated that the victims must have defended themselves badly or not at all, which was assumed because of the enormous death toll and the course of events. The cold bloodedness, noticeable by to the destroyed rooms and surroundings at all crime scenes, was also remarkable. Eyewitnesses and video recordings further confirm the provocative interaction between Kane & Lynch, reminiscent of a dialogue from Tarantino/Rodriguez. A characteristic, which could some day be to our advantage.
