*Chrrrz* Requesting depart on Runway 23L *Chrrrz*
*fzzz* Runway 23L. Clear. Ready to depart *chrfz* *Brrrchfz* United 75. Ready for take off *brrrchzf* A pilot’s radio traffic will probably sound similar to this shortly before the departure of a large aircraft. I am obviously no expert in this, but just the feeling makes the difference, right? I would not call myself a hobby pilot as such, but to steer a large plane above the clouds now and again is great fun. But I don’t spend money for some “flying fun” in between – and definitely not when there is a superb free alternative. Well ok, the graphics are not terrific, as in Flight Simulator X from the gentlemen in Redmond, but the complexity is almost the same. You will notice this at the latest if you attempt to land a Boeing 747 after take-off back at the same airfield. *CRASH* ... File - Reset......and start again. FlightGear 1.0 is something for everyone with enough patience, knowledge and desire to fly. Thumbs-up for FlightGear 1.0. The Client and a pack with 20 additional aircraft can be downloaded from our Downloads section. MS
